Anne Mei Poppe is an artist based in Amsterdam. Her philosophy is based on connection. Poppe’s paintings mirror the way our lives are connected with and depend on all that surrounds us. Poppe portrays female figures in everyday situations, often through a fantastical contemporary lens and in a vivid colour palette.

This series celebrates the fluidness of human connection and the way we are connected to all that surrounds us. It explores the idea that there is no other where bodies blend effortlessly. The series is made with acrylic on linen in a vivid and warm color palette.
