About Nicole Dohmen
Born and raised in the southern Dutch province of Limburg, Nicole Dohmen moved in 2000 to Amsterdam where she now lives with her husband, two children and two step children. After frequently being asked by friends to help them design their homes, and after many years experience rebuilding homes herself, she finally made the switch in 2018 to devote herself full time to interior design. A huge passion for as long as she can remember, has now turned into a successful business.
Her style is never boring - warm, personal and always with an edge, she makes every home authentic and personal through her use of colours and prints. With no formal education in interior design, her style has developed from an inherent creativity and a thirst for knowledge which sends her all over the world in search of inspiration. Working in diverse industries like fashion (Diesel & Adidas), The Wall Street Journal and studying photography also contributed to the development of her unique personal style. About Andrea van Well
Andrea van Well joined the Atelier ND family in 2018, following her return after a few years in London. Her eye for fashion and incredible style led her to study at AMFI, after which she set up her own jewellery and interior accessories company. But after many years she decided she loved interior design and our paths crossed. When Nicole has her head in the clouds, Andrea brings structure to the company, leading social media, overseeing client relations and project management, company, and so much more…

As a senior designer at Atelier ND, Machteld takes great joy in getting to know clients on a deeper level. She immerses herself in their world to understand how they live and what truly matters to them. She finds immense satisfaction in delving into the details of the design process, ensuring that every element is carefully considered and crafted. For her, the magic lies in creating spaces that are not only thoughtfully designed but also deeply personal.
About Laura de Vries
As an office manager, she supports the team with various tasks, handling the administrative side. This allows them to complement each other well, ensuring everything runs smoothly while they stay immersed in their creative processes. Driven, always smiling, and firmly in control, she keeps the studio running like a well-oiled machine, all with a calm presence and a positive spirit that lifts everyone around her.

As a senior designer and project manager at Atelier ND, she brings experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine love for turning creative ideas into thoughtful, well-crafted spaces. She works with ease and precision and always keeps an overview while staying on top of every detail. With a natural sense of structure and an eye for design, she helps turn ideas into thoughtful, cohesive plans. From drawings and timelines to coordination on site, she keeps the process flowing smoothly. With her strong presence, refined sense of style, and proactive attitude, she not only designs beautiful interiors, she helps turn them into reality with care and precision.
