Orders, delivery, payment, shipping, returns, refunds

ORDER
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After your order has been shipped you will receive a second e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. It can take a few hours before you can track your order. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock of an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and we will refund your money.
 
Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

PAYMENT
ATELIER ND accepts iDeal, Maesteo, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal for payments. You can shop with confidence from thisisashop.nl, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption. 

SHIPPING

Once a week on Friday we will deliver your goods 
at home (for free) in Amsterdam. How long it takes will depends when placing an order, but every Friday we will deliver the goods for free in Amsterdam :)

If you have an order amount of €500 and above and you do not live in Amsterdam we will deliver the goods for free.

We must say some items are very.. very.. fragile. In this case we will contact you about the shipment options. Sometimes it will be necessary to deliver the goods by a courier.

We try our best to make sure all other orders will be completed within 3-7 business days following confirmation of the order at the latest, after which the products ordered shall be submitted for delivery by the transport company. For deliveries to arrive within The Netherlands it may take up to 3 days (depends on the transport company) and outside of Europe up to 2 weeks. Please notify ATELIER ND if you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks at andrea@atelierndinterior.com

ATELIER ND is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photo's. All international shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.

All prices include handling or taxes, excluding shipping, if delivered to customers within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the purchase. For customers outside of Europe, additional charges may apply. Please contact ATELIER ND if this applies to you.

PERSONAL DELIVERY OR PICK-UP
Because a lot of our products are unique and fragile we would like to offer a personal delivery within the city centre of Amsterdam. Or you are most welcome to pick-up the order yourself at our SHOP in Amsterdam. Johannes Verhulststraat 45. Please contact us and we will get in touch about pick-up information.

If you do not live in Amsterdam but would like to use our personal delivery or pick-up, please send an email to andrea@atelierndinterior.com before ordering.

RETURN
Items can be returned within 14 days, but please send an email first to andrea@atelierndinterior.com and let us know which product(s) you would like to return. Without assigning any reason, after which we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are detective or damaged.

REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed from the moment the order is received at the office.
